I feel like I need to hold Andrew tight while he goes through this book. Knowing he likes movies such as Practical Magic, some parts will be hard to read through. I’m not worried about you, as you are a damn tough cookie, the fact that you finished Martyrs… boy oh boy. I personally was not able to sit through it. Just remembering the little I’ve seen, is causing my body to have such a violent gagging and shaky reaction. 😢

Being a person who empathizes a lot with people and immerses herself in people’s shoes, this book was traumatic for me. Especially since I grew up as a child surrounded by nuns and monks (my country Romania is filled with beautiful historical monasteries, and my family specialized in restoring the fresco paintings of many monasteries). But also because my biological father rejected me and almost threw me from the balcony when mom came home with me from the hospital. I’ve come to terms you can’t win them all. But the character in this book, such a tragedy, it could’ve been any of us and yet so many of us have endured similar pain. It’s a hard book. Angels and demons are right here on earth as humans. Glad you pulled through it and finished it.

That olive green blanket is gorgeous. I love the Re-Spun yard it’s gorgeous can’t believe it’s that price at Walmart. Great deal ! You definitely need to do a tutorial on how you make your blankets and granny squares. Your crocheting is beautiful.

I decided to make a beaded blanket after watching. I currently have 4 going. 1 for me in BT Gray Ombre using Black, Dk Gray and Lt Gray beads in Dc and Hdc. 3 for my grandchildren using BT Value Pound and appropriate color beads. Very easy pattern. Thanks😊😊😊😊

I was going to put them both in an envelope and send them but then I thought if I post them separate you'll get the UK stamps etc on them both which will be better. If these were made say, twice the size of your chicken, would they be heavy enough to use as a door stop? I was thinking putting it a nest and set in front of a door. Maybe with some glass pebbles from $Tree on the inside? Okay, now that I see how big the white one is I think that would be just the right size. So darn cute.

Just a an idea . I used latte cake with a cloud cake and it was so squishy. I used a 6 1/2. I love it and I am doing a CC but not robins CC. My son is a nurse practitioner. We’re in Florida. He actually opened his own practice in his thriving. He’s located in high Springs Florida is adding onto his practice. Bought a lot next-door. Just an idea. No shift work.
